Severe Weather Slams South Florida, Delays Flights
South Florida was slammed with severe weather Friday afternoon, prompting the National Weather Service in Miami to issue several warnings and watches, and delaying flights. A flood watch was in effect for South Florida until 7 p.m. with heavy rain expected to fall. A tornado watch is in effect for Miami-Dade County until 9 p.m.
